Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Able to work flexible schedules including business hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable interacting with large groups
- Capable of standing, sitting, and moving for long periods
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- No prior experience required though helpful
- Ability to communicate effectively in a busy indoor environment

- Prior experience in customer-facing roles preferred but not required
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus

Job Duties
- Monitor the trampoline courts to ensure guest safety and compliance with park rules
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and members
- Assist with café operations including food preparation and service
- Host and facilitate parties and special events
- Manage front desk activities such as membership sales and check-in processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth park operations
