Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds
- Ability to reach and move items from heights up to six feet and as low as six inches
- Ability to safely control and utilize equipment such as sheeter machines, dough mixers, vertical cutting mixers, sauce ladles, and more
- Ability to work outside holding a sign (must be 18 or older)
- Ability to apply pressure to cut and clean products
- Ability to count, separate, and weigh food products and inventory
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Ability to understand directions, instructions, and product specifications
- Ability to process and complete customer orders
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to work approximately 20 hours per week
- Dependable and hard-working with ability to handle pressured situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to express a positive attitude towards others
- Ability to understand and follow directions and instructions
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the job
- Previous retail or customer contact experience preferred
- Provide documentation proving eligibility to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Serve customers according to Little Caesars customer service standards
- Prepare high-quality products consistently by following recipes and procedures
- Display proper image and positive attitude as outlined in company guidelines
- Clean and organize workstations and assigned areas to maintain restaurant standards
- Practice safety and security procedures as defined by company and government regulations
- Follow company policies and standards of conduct
- Receive direction from management and utilize training materials to perform job effectively
- Practice established procedures and use proper tools for order taking and preparation
- Demonstrate proficiency at different Pizza Pride Production System stations and work as needed
