Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capable of sitting, standing, and moving around for extended periods
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- Willingness to deliver friendly and memorable customer experiences
- Ability to maintain a safe, healthy, and clean environment
Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays
- Previous experience in customer-facing or high volume roles preferred but not required
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus
- Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods
- Able to lift at least 20 pounds
Job Duties
- Monitor safety on the trampoline courts to prevent injuries and enforce rules
- Operate café services including food preparation and customer service
- Host parties by coordinating activities and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Manage front desk operations including membership sales and customer inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the park
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to provide excellent service
- Assist with setup and breakdown of park events and daily operations
