Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- follow all food safety and cleanliness standards
- collaborate effectively with team members to ensure operational efficiency
- participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills
- uphold Chipotle's mission and values in every aspect of work
