Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Possess ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is an asset but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiasm for learning and personal growth
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and food safety regulations
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly restaurant atmosphere
- Learn and adhere to Chipotle’s food safety and preparation standards
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Participate in training programs to gain confidence and skills in all restaurant roles
- Support and embody Chipotle’s mission and values in daily work activities
