Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting between 25 to 50 pounds
- Ability to use headset for communication
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment safely
- Ability to come to work on time regularly
- Ability to take direction and work well with others
- Ability to complete training programs
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to noise, heat, and cold
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide friendly customer service including taking orders and handling transactions
- Prepare and serve menu items according to quality standards
- Use restaurant equipment safely such as warmers, fryers, slicers, and grills
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and workstations
- Assist with stocking and inventory management
- Operate drive-thru headset and manage order flow efficiently
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
