Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting between 25 to 50 pounds
  • Ability to use headset for communication
  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment safely
  • Ability to come to work on time regularly

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Reliable and punctual work ethic
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly customer service including taking orders and handling transactions
  • Prepare and serve menu items according to quality standards
  • Use restaurant equipment safely such as warmers, fryers, slicers, and grills
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and workstations
  • Assist with stocking and inventory management
  • Operate drive-thru headset and manage order flow efficiently
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
