Job Requirements
- ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds
- ability to reach and move items from six feet to six inches off the ground
- ability to safely operate kitchen equipment including sheeter machine, dough mixer, vertical cutting mixer, and others (must be 18 or older to operate some equipment)
- ability to work outside holding a sign (must be 18 or older)
- ability to apply pressure to cut and clean products
- ability to count, separate, and weigh food products and inventory
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers (reading, speaking, hearing, writing)
- ability to understand directions, instructions, and product specifications
- ability to process and complete customer orders
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work approximately 20 hours per week
- dependable and able to handle pressure and stress
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to follow directions and instructions
- able to perform essential job functions
- previous retail or customer contact experience preferred
Job Duties
- serve customers according to Little Caesars customer service standards
- prepare high-quality products consistently by following established recipes and procedures
- maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and assigned areas
- practice safety and security procedures as defined by company and government standards
- follow company policies and standards of conduct
- perform job duties as directed by restaurant management and training materials
- operate and be proficient at multiple Pizza Pride production system stations
- use proper tools associated with taking and preparing orders
