Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- food handlers card and/or Serve Safe certification preferred but not required
- effective reading, speaking, writing, and communication skills
- ability to build and maintain positive relationships with supervisors, coworkers, and guests
- team player with a positive attitude

- ability to stand and walk regularly

- perform cleaning duties such as wiping tables and equipment, sweeping and mopping

Job Duties
- Exhibit readiness by wearing a clean and wrinkle-free uniform and showing up on time
- prioritize and complete tasks to maintain store operations
- adhere to store performance standards
- comply with all sanitation and safety standards
- greet guests to create a welcoming environment
- handle phone and online orders for pick-up
- keep assigned areas neat, clean, and well stocked
- perform all tasks assigned by immediate supervisor
- work all counter or assigned front of house stations
- assist guests with menu selection, review specials, handle club cards, and participate in add-on sales
- wrap pizzas properly, repeat orders to guests, give verbal baking instructions, thank and invite guests back
- present orders within 3-minute door-to-door service time
- assist guests with carrying pizzas or holding doors
- follow cash handling and transaction procedures
- process coupons and gift certificates
- learn and operate mixer, sheeter, and dicer equipment if needed
- prepare products following portion charts and standards
- mix dough and prepare dough balls to standard
- sheet, wrap, date, and store crusts
- restock and clean as directed
