Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks

Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environment is beneficial but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand every day with no freezers, microwaves or can openers
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Uphold Chipotle’s standards for food safety and quality
- Participate in training and development programs
- Support sustainable practices and contribute to a positive workplace culture
