Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Availability for full or part-time work hours
- Willingness to undergo and complete company training
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation and service

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day according to Chipotle standards
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
- Operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Participate in comprehensive training programs to build confidence across roles
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service
- Uphold food safety and quality standards at all times
