Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day without freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
- Participate in training programs to develop skills and confidence
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
- Support efforts to promote sustainable food practices and company mission
