Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day without using freezers, microwaves or can openers
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Collaborate with team members to maintain restaurant cleanliness and efficiency
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in training new team members as needed
- Support company initiatives related to sustainability and responsible sourcing
