Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior food service or customer service experience is beneficial but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand using fresh ingredients
- Work at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with team members to support daily restaurant operations
- Maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Assist in opening and closing restaurant procedures
