Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to learn food preparation and service
- Availability for flexible scheduling including part-time or full-time
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting moderately heavy items
- Compliance with company policies and food safety standards
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Work confidently at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Participate actively as part of a diverse team
- Follow safe food handling and sanitation procedures
- Support the restaurant’s sustainability and responsible sourcing initiatives
