- ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- willingness to learn cooking and food preparation skills

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or customer service roles is a plus but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- prepare real food by hand daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
- provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a friendly, welcoming atmosphere
- learn and apply training to confidently operate at any station
- support team members and customers with passion and enthusiasm
- maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- adhere to food safety and quality standards
- participate in continuous learning and development opportunities
