Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Participate in ongoing training to develop skills and advance within the company
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in accordance with health and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Uphold Chipotle's standards of quality and sustainability in food preparation and service
- Assist in managing customer orders accurately and timely
