Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- maintain a friendly, enthusiastic attitude
- passion for helping and serving others including both customers and team members
- willingness to learn how to cook and work in various stations
- availability to work flexible hours
- comply with all company policies and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or customer service preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand using fresh ingredients
- operate various workstations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- contribute to team collaboration and support
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
- handle transactions and digital tips accurately
