Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Follow company protocols to maintain food safety and cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Assist in training new team members
- Uphold Chipotle's commitment to quality ingredients and responsible sourcing
- Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience
