Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- must be at least 16 years old
- ability to communicate effectively in a busy indoor environment
- physically able to move around and remain stationary as needed
- able to lift at least 20 pounds regularly
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and some holidays
Job Qualifications
- must be 16 years of age or older
- comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- previous experience in high volume, customer-facing roles preferred but not required
- customer service or sales experience considered a bonus
- able to sit, stand, and move around for extended periods
- able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
Job Duties
- engage with park members, guests, and colleagues to provide a friendly and memorable customer experience
- maintain a safe, healthy, and clean park environment
- operate in various roles such as court monitor, café associate, party host, and front desk membership sales
- assist in the setup, execution, and cleanup of party and event spaces
- promote safety protocols and monitor trampoline activities to prevent injuries
