Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- Able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- Ability to communicate effectively in a busy indoor environment
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining a safe and clean environment
Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- Able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in a high volume customer-facing role preferred but not required
- Customer service or sales experience considered a bonus
- Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
Job Duties
- Monitor trampoline courts to ensure guest safety and rule compliance
- Provide friendly and efficient service in the café
- Host parties and coordinate with guests to create memorable celebrations
- Assist with front desk membership sales and customer inquiries
- Maintain a clean, healthy, and safe park environment
- Work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues to provide a positive experience
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members in a busy environment
