Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks related to food service including standing for long periods
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
  • Basic English proficiency or proficiency in the primary language of the location
  • Enthusiasm for food preparation and customer engagement

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh food by hand daily at various stations including grill, prep, cashier, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Follow food safety and cleanliness standards to ensure a safe dining environment
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve efficient and high-quality restaurant operations
  • Participate in training to develop skills and confidence across all roles
  • Support company initiatives related to sustainability and responsible sourcing
  • Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience and address any concerns
