Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service roles is an asset but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Enthusiastic and friendly attitude towards customers and team members
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 16 years old
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Provide exceptional customer service maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Work confidently across various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Follow company standards and health regulations to maintain cleanliness and safety
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Support and contribute to a positive team environment
