Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a fast food restaurant or customer service role preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
Job Duties
- ensure all food orders are assembled correctly within stated time goals
- maintain a clean safe and fully stocked dining room restroom and work area
- prepare portion and serve hot food orders per customer requests such as sandwiches chili baked potato fries etc
- stock portion and serve beverages
- operate cash register according to cash operations policies
- take orders from customers personally and from intercom system interface with customers and provide top quality service
- assist in prepping restaurant for opening and closing
