- ability to use restaurant equipment such as registers, grills, and headsets
- follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food and maintain cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform multiple tasks at once
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- provide excellent customer service including greeting customers and taking accurate orders
- prepare fresh food items following brand standards and quality guidelines
- operate restaurant equipment such as registers, headsets, and grills safely and efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- follow health, safety, and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment
- assist fellow crew members and managers as needed to support smooth restaurant operations
- handle cash and complete transactions accurately
