  • ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
  • ability to use restaurant equipment such as registers, grills, and headsets
  • follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food and maintain cleanliness

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform multiple tasks at once
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • provide excellent customer service including greeting customers and taking accurate orders
  • prepare fresh food items following brand standards and quality guidelines
  • operate restaurant equipment such as registers, headsets, and grills safely and efficiently
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
  • follow health, safety, and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment
  • assist fellow crew members and managers as needed to support smooth restaurant operations
  • handle cash and complete transactions accurately
