Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day without freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
- Participate in team efforts supporting efficient restaurant operations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in food preparation areas
- Assist in training and supporting new team members
- Uphold Chipotle’s values of sustainability and responsible sourcing
