The Yoon Organization operates a McDonald's franchise located at 5730 Firestone Blvd, South Gate, CA 90280. This establishment, while utilizing the iconic McDonald's brand and logos, is an independently operated restaurant managed by the Yoon Organization as a separate entity from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds the license to use McDonald's trademarks and food products, but all employment matters — including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling — are solely handled by the Yoon Organization.
