Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to bend, kneel, and lift weights between 25 to 50 pounds
- Comfortable using restaurant equipment such as fryer, grill, slicer, and warmer
- Ability to wear and use a headset for order taking and team communication
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to complete required training programs
Job Qualifications
- Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Experience in customer service or food service is a plus
- Ability to follow directions and complete multiple tasks during shifts
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and greet customers warmly
- Take and process customer orders accurately using the headset and register
- Prepare food items according to Wendy's standards and ensure product quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and kitchen areas
- Handle cash and complete sales transactions
- Assist in opening and closing restaurant duties
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
