Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Have ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not mandatory

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
- Follow company standards to ensure food safety and quality without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
- Support efforts to uphold Chipotle’s mission of responsible sourcing and sustainability
- Participate in training programs and continuously develop skills
- Assist in opening and closing tasks as needed
