Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to greet and assist customers promptly and courteously
- Prepare and serve menu items following Wendy's brand standards and food safety guidelines
- Operate restaurant equipment such as registers, grills, and headsets efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
- Handle cash and complete transactions accurately and quickly
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to support team goals and maintain high energy levels throughout shifts
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and customer service policies and procedures
