Job Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- Enrollment in high school
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must have telephone or other reliable communication method
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Must be able to bend and stoop
- Must be able to work around heat and others in close quarters
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably
- Must be able to work with various cleaning products
Job Qualifications
- Enrollment in high school
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferable
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with others as a team
- Ability to interact comfortably with all guests
- Ability to meet performance standards for tasks

Job Duties
- Provide quality product and guest service experience
- Follow Carl's Jr. guest service guidelines and procedures
- Work assigned positions accurately and productively
- Clean and stock assigned areas
- Prepare, package, and deliver food products according to Menu Standards
- Handle food products following company procedures
- Follow food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements
