Job Requirements
- Willingness to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment including headsets, registers, and grills
- Capability to follow brand standards and guidelines
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including full-time or part-time hours
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Must be able to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes quickly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team player with a proactive approach
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Prepare great food following brand standards
- Serve customers with a positive attitude
- Maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment
- Use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
- Stand and move actively throughout the shift
- Pitch in to help fellow crew members and customers
- Adhere to restaurant safety and hygiene guidelines
