Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to learn and take on various roles in restaurant operations
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
- Availability for full-time or part-time shifts according to scheduling needs

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Work confidently across multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere for guests
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols diligently
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Assist in training new crew members as needed
- Uphold Chipotle's commitment to quality and sustainability in all tasks
