Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles preferred but not required
- Able to sit, stand, and move around for extended periods
- Able to lift at least 20 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining safety standards

Job Duties
- Work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues to provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and clean environment throughout the park
- Monitor trampoline courts to ensure guest safety and enforce park rules
- Assist in café operations including food preparation and customer assistance
- Host parties and events ensuring smooth coordination and guest satisfaction
- Manage front desk duties including membership sales and customer inquiries
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests in a busy indoor environment
