Job Requirements
- Minimum of 16 years of age
- Enrollment in high school or high school diploma or equivalent preferable
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have telephone or other reliable communication method
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Maintain good attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to bend and stoop
- Ability to work around heat
- Ability to work in close quarters with others
- Ability to move throughout the restaurant to perform tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably
- Ability to work with various cleaning products
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide quality product and guest service experience consistently
- Follow Carl's Jr. guest service guidelines and procedures
- Work assigned positions accurately and productively
- Clean and stock assigned areas
- Perform other cleaning duties as assigned
- Prepare, package and deliver products according to menu standards
- Handle all food products following company procedures and sanitation requirements
