Job Requirements
- Must be at least 15 years old with appropriate work permits
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Physical ability to perform cleaning and stocking tasks
- Reliable and punctual
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or food service a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items according to Dunkin' standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and dining space
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash register and process transactions accurately
- Support team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Attend training sessions and participate in career development opportunities
