Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift and move food and beverage products
- friendly and outgoing personality
- effective communication skills
- ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment

- demonstrated ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
- ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
- ability to converse comfortably with customers
- customer service experience preferred
- cash handling experience preferred
Job Duties
- clean and stock customer eating area(s)
- clean workstations and equipment
- greet all customers with a smile and friendly greeting
- follow all HMSHost customer service policies and procedures
- maintain solid knowledge of products and services available in the unit
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or cart
- assist with a variety of kitchen-related functions as needed
- receive inventory and move and lift food and beverage products and supplies
