Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods
- able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- able to communicate effectively in a busy environment

- able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- previous experience in customer-facing roles preferred but not required
- customer service or sales experience a plus
- able to sit, stand, and move around for extended periods
- capable of lifting at least 20 pounds
Job Duties
- monitor safety on the trampoline courts ensuring guest compliance with park rules
- assist guests and members with questions and provide excellent customer service
- operate the cafe by preparing and serving food and beverages
- host and manage birthday parties and special events to create a fun experience
- handle front desk tasks including membership sales and check-in procedures
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the park areas
- communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support park operations
