Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- at least one year of restaurant experience
- ability to work part-time or full-time shifts
- reliable and punctual
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- no smoking, vaping, or chewing tobacco during shifts
Job Qualifications
- minimum one year of restaurant experience
- experience working with seafood is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- outgoing personality with a strong work ethic
- ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
- basic math skills for cash handling
Job Duties
- prepare food according to company recipes and standards
- cook seafood and other menu items efficiently and safely
- operate cash register and handle cash and card transactions accurately
- greet and assist guests with a friendly and professional attitude
- maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining, and work areas
- assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- follow health and safety guidelines and company policies
