Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • at least one year of restaurant experience
  • ability to work part-time or full-time shifts
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • no smoking, vaping, or chewing tobacco during shifts

Job Qualifications

  • minimum one year of restaurant experience
  • experience working with seafood is a plus
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • outgoing personality with a strong work ethic
  • ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
  • basic math skills for cash handling

Job Duties

  • prepare food according to company recipes and standards
  • cook seafood and other menu items efficiently and safely
  • operate cash register and handle cash and card transactions accurately
  • greet and assist guests with a friendly and professional attitude
  • maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining, and work areas
  • assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
  • follow health and safety guidelines and company policies
