This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise located at 4400 Central Pl, Fairfield, CA. This franchise is a separate business entity from McDonald's USA, holding a license to use McDonald's branding and food products but fully responsible for its own employment matters. As such, the franchisee independently governs hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling for all employees at this restaurant.
