Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness
Job Duties
- Prepare menu items according to Wendy's standards
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Operate restaurant equipment such as registers, headsets, and grills
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant
- Assist in cash handling and cashier duties
- Follow all brand guidelines and safety regulations
- Support team members and pitch in to ensure smooth restaurant operation
