Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years or older
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks

Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is an asset

Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, snacks, and baked goods according to Dunkin' brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant and equipment
- Follow safety and health regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate effectively with team members to provide an outstanding guest experience
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills
