Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day without the use of freezers or microwaves
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
- Work confidently at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Support team members and customers with a passion for service
- Complete all required training programs
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Uphold Chipotle’s commitment to sustainability and quality food preparation
