Job Requirements

- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Availability to work full or part-time hours
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights

Job Qualifications

- Desire to learn how to cook extensively

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling skills
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Operate confidently in multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure food quality and cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and restaurant operations
- Uphold Chipotle’s commitment to responsibly sourced and wholesome ingredients
- Participate in training programs to develop cooking and service skills
