Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand following Chipotle’s standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety in the restaurant
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Learn and adhere to Chipotle’s food preparation and safety guidelines
- Promote Chipotle’s mission and values in daily work interactions
