Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
Pass background check if required
Availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Prior food service experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties

Prepare food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly restaurant atmosphere
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Assist with opening and closing duties as required
Participate in team training and development sessions
