Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean working environment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Engage in training sessions to develop skills and gain confidence in all station roles
- Uphold Chipotle's mission of cultivating a better world through responsible food service practices
