Job Requirements
- be at least 16 years old
- ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- willingness to learn and perform multiple tasks
- availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- pass background check as required
- comply with food safety standards
- physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- enthusiasm for learning new skills including cooking
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- friendly and team-oriented attitude
Job Duties
- prepare fresh food by hand daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- deliver exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- assist with opening and closing restaurant procedures
- support company initiatives and promote Chipotle's mission to cultivate a better world
