Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
- Participate in training programs to develop skills in food preparation and customer engagement
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized restaurant
- Support efforts to promote sustainable and responsible food sourcing practices
- Engage positively with customers and team members to uphold Chipotle’s values
