Job Requirements
- be at least 16 years old
- ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- friendly and enthusiastic attitude

- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- willingness to learn and develop new skills
Job Duties
- prepare real food by hand every day without freezers, microwaves or can openers
- operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
- provide exceptional customer service
- maintain a friendly and inviting atmosphere for customers and team members
- collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- participate in training programs to improve skills and knowledge
