Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk regularly
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally required to bend, stoop, kneel or crouch
- Ability to perform cleaning duties including wiping tables and equipment, sweeping and mopping
- Ability to lift and or move up to 30 pounds
- Maintain punctual and regular attendance at work
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Food Handlers Card and or Serve Safe Certification preferred but not required
- Effectively read, speak, write, and communicate
- Build and maintain positive relationships with supervisors, co-workers, and guests
- Be a team player with a great attitude
- Basic math skills
Job Duties
- Exhibit readiness to perform role by wearing a clean and wrinkle-free uniform and showing up at the assigned time
- Prioritize and complete tasks which could jeopardize store operations if left undone
- Adhere to Papa Murphy's store performance standards
- Comply with all sanitation and safety standards
- Greet all guests to create a welcoming environment
- Handle phone and online orders for guest pick-up
- Keep assigned area neat, clean, and well stocked
- Perform all tasks and duties assigned by immediate supervisor
- Work all counter stations or other assigned station as front of house
- Assist guests in making menu selections, review specials, handle club cards, and participate in add-on sales
- Wrap pizzas properly, repeat orders to guests, give verbal baking instructions, and thank guests
- Present orders within a 3-minute door to door service time
- Assist guests with carrying pizzas out to their cars or holding the door
- Follow proper cash, check, credit card and food stamp transactions and cash handling techniques
- Follow proper void and refund procedures
- Process coupons and gift certificates with supervisor assistance
- Learn operation and safety knowledge of mixer, sheeter, and dicer if needed
- Make all products following portion charts and job aids
- Store and rotate all products before and after prepping
- Mix dough to recipe and standard when necessary
- Sheet, wrap, date, and store crusts to standard
- Perform duties of runner or dish person as directed
